Description: Primordial integrated Ground Guidance into the United States Army’s MTS.  MTS is a blue force tracking (BFT) system used by more than 30,000 logistics vehicles in Afghanistan and Iraq.  Leveraging supply routes, road networks, and off-road terrain, Ground Guidance enables operators to plan routes before a mission and perform emergency rerouting during missions (e.g. when the lead vehicle’s driver identifies a potential IED threat).
